WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. The crate fees will be added to the cost of the purchase.
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping.
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
Free Shipping for orignal and limited editions only. However, special requests and expedited shipping cost may occur and orders with multiple items will be an additional charge. Please contact us for all special requests before purchasing. Shipping time will vary for countries outside of the US. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Free Shipping for original and limited editions only. Shipping times range from 7-21 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Some charges may apply for shipping outside of the United States.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES REFUNDS?
- We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact info@6oldietheartist.com with your order number for further instructions. Pictures of the artwork will taken at the packaging center to show proof it was packaged in great conditions. An insurance claim will be filed for shipping damages.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales are final. Please contact info@6oldietheartist.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
If a refund is granted, processing can take up to 7-10 business days.
